An integral part of our Production Management team, you’ll ensure that bakery products and processes meet Food Safety, Quality and Hygiene Standards. To succeed in this area you’ll need a proactive approach to identifying potential risks that may prevent us from delivering our high standards.

With previous experience of working within this area, you must have knowledge of the relevant legislation and regulations that are essential to our success. It is especially important that you have experience of working to British Retail Consortium Standards (BRC) standards and never settle for second best.
