Learning and Development
Warburtons is committed to your personal and professional development. We recognise that your performance is key to the continued success of the organisation. We also recognise that your safety is underpinned by your knowledge of best practice.
This means we’ll help you to continuously develop new skills and keep up-to-date on how to do things safely, we don’t just give you a workspace and forget about you. We want you to develop along with us so we work with you to talk about your plans. Regular progress updates, training and feedback aren’t just necessary, they’re essential.
Your Warburtons team will ease you into our unique culture, introduce you to key people, show you where and how to access all the information you need, and give you some goals to get you started. We want you to have a clear picture of how the business works, your role and how you contribute to Warburtons, and, most importantly, where to look for help.
You will meet your manager regularly to discuss progress, any concerns and your ongoing development. What’s more, after your induction it doesn’t stop. We value the chance to gain regular feedback on your performance and discuss your future ambitions.
