Mixed Beans in mild chilli sauce 'on toast'

Ingredients

  • Warburtons Soft Grained Farmhouse
  • 1 can Mixed Beans in mild chilli sauce (beans: red kidney, pinto, cannellini, barlotti and black eye)

Method

    A delicious alternative to traditional beans on toast. Simply toast 2 slices of bread until golden, spread thinly with butter and top with warm beans. Serve immediately.

Eggs Benedict

Ingredients

  • Warburtons Toasting Muffins
  • Slices of ham
  • Free range eggs
  • Hollandaise sauce
  • Chopped chives
  • Rocket leaves

Method

  1. 1
    Lightly toast a Muffin and top with a slice of ham, a freshly poached egg and a generous tablespoon on Hollandaise sauce. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve with a rocket leaf garnish.

Crispy Chicken Rolls

Ingredients

  • Warburtons Sliced White Roll
  • Skinless chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
  • White breadcrumbs (left over crusts are ideal)
  • 1 free range egg - beaten
  • Red onion slices
  • Green salad leaves
  • Vegetable oil

Method

  1. 1
    Dip the chicken breast into the egg and then coat with breadcrumbs, lightly fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until golden and crispy. Split a roll and place salad and onion on base, top with chicken and serve immediately.

    Delicious with a tomato salsa and vegetable skewers.
